The IMEX will be part of the Young Investigators Meeting on CLL, presenting two research jobs.

Congratulations to Ana Colado and Chiara Cassarino of the immuno-oncology lab, whose research jobs have been selected to be presented in the 'Young Investigators Meeting (YIM) on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)' . The meeting will occur in Boston, in the context of the XX International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL).

Chiara Cassarino, BSc., won a grant from YIM on CLL to present the oral poster of her work “Inhibition of G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 (GRK2) as a strategy to modulate leukemic cell homing and activation in CLL”.

Ana Colado, PhD., won a grant from iwCLL partnership Subcommittee to give an oral presentation about her work “Increased susceptibility to Streptococcus pneumoniae pulmonary infection in the Eµ-TCL1 adoptive transfer mouse model of CLL”
