Flow Cytometry core facility
The institute of experimental medicine (IMEX) has a flow cytometry service with the aim of providing advice to the different research groups in cytometric techniques, as well as in correct acquisition and experimental data analysis.

SysmexPartecCyFlowSpace Cytometer
Three lasers available: 405nm, 488nm 633nm and 363nm UV LEDs. Allows simultaneous reading of up to 14 colors.
Optical configuration of the equipment:
BD FACSCalibur Cytometer
Available laser: 488 nm blue laser.
Filters:
– Blue laser: allows simultaneous reading in 3 colors (FITC, PE, PerCP)
